Of course. It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied and happy with our cleaning services. Our "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is valid for 7 days after completion of the job. If, for any reason, the job does not pass your satisfaction, you must notify us within 5 days. Our representatives will return to rectify any problems free of charge. This process normally takes place within 24 to 48 hours of formal notification. Before rectification work can commence, the customer must submit the job sheet with a clear list of the works to be completed. This document must be issued by the real estate company or the landlord. Our scope of work does not cover the dust settlement that normally occurs between the time of service and inspection. Please note that dust accumulation over time is considered normal, and activities such as "open houses" are likely to accelerate this process. Is the estimate I receive 100% accurate?
For estimates provided without inspections, the estimate is only an "estimate" based on the information available at the time. The basis for this estimate is an "average room size of a property left in a reasonable state of cleanliness". Can you remove permanent stains from my carpets?
Our standard steam carpet cleaning will remove dirt, grime, and dust from everyday traffic and most clear liquid spills. We are committed to providing our best work on every service! Additional charges may apply to heavily soiled carpets. We will do our best to clean carpets, but the result will vary from carpet to carpet, and the outcome will depend on a number of factors beyond the control of 3ST Professional Services. We make no guarantee as to the actual outcome of the service. Please note that any wear or discoloration of the fabric or surfaces will be more visible once the soiling has been removed. Our Cleaners are entitled to carry out a job safety analysis prior to the commencement of any work to assess the risk to health and safety at the Premises, also, they may, either before or during the provision of the Service, not provide or cease the provision of the Service where the performance of it presents, at the absolute discretion of the Cleaner, a risk to health and safety.
